About your clip...
The 1st thing I'd like to say is add gaussian blur to your crossfades, I think they look better with blur.
0:22 - before that you had this nice flowy motion going on but the static scene with lucy and loki totally killed the flow. The scene at 0:36-0:39 was way too long. I like the first chorus alot, the rhythm is nice. The second verse is ok. 2:05 Mirajane mask transi wasn't that good - the motion was a little unnatural and the mask itself didn't blend with the bg at all. The second chorus is cool too but the end seems a little rushed and lazy.

Overall your video is not bad, it's a typical shonen action video. You have to play around with the colours, make them stronger - this will make your video look a lot better.

I don't know what my answer about the audition is yet but good job on the video anyway.
